Booking the delivery slot was easy enough, and they did keep me updated along the way. The delivery turned up within the time window, so no complaints there. I just wish there had been a bit more notice before they arrived, whoever runs this should really make that part a little clearer

I’m always a bit wary of all the polished company promises about “great service” and “careful delivery,” but the courier did genuinely seem to know what he was doing. He called before he arrived, was polite, and took care bringing the furniture up to the door. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the delivery window was wider than I’d have liked, so I ended up stuck in the house for longer than planned. Still, the delivery guy was friendly and did the job properly, so no real complaints there

I ordered a cabinet from Cotswold Co and paid for the room of choice delivery, which, surprisingly enough, was completely worth it. The delivery guys brought it straight into the dining room, unpacked it, and took all the packaging away, so I didn’t have to wrestle with cardboard for half the afternoon. They were friendly, careful with the walls, and even turned up within the time slot, which shouldn’t feel impressive but here we are. it was really easy from start to finish and I’m happy with it.

I had to return a chair and it was all straightforward. The pickup got arranged quickly, and then the refund just came through without me having to chase it or anything. Kind of expected it to be a hassle, but... yeah, it was fine...
